In order to keep your Ice Eater running in excellent condition, units should be serviced every 4-5 years.

  • All service and repairs sent in must be marked “Attn: Service Center”
  • Service and repairs sent in should include the motor assembly and power cord when possible
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to pay freight to iceeaterstore.com

  • Iceeaterstore.com is not responsible for shipping inbound or outbound.
  • Please ensure to properly pack the unit with an appropriately sized box, packing peanuts/bubble wrap, etc.
  • Shipping insurance is recommended.
